These terms of service explain the rules for using WP Finder, the WordPress site finder for Windows and the web. By downloading or using WP Finder you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.

WP Finder terms of service and privacy policy

License terms

  • The free trial covers your first 150 sites and includes every feature.
  • A paid license is valid for the period you bought (for example one month) and works on one computer at a time.
  • You may not resell, share or reverse-engineer the software or license keys.

Acceptable use terms

Use WP Finder only for lawful purposes. Do not send spam, do not contact people who have opted out, and follow the email and data-protection laws that apply to you, such as GDPR, PECR and the CAN-SPAM Act. In addition, respect the terms of the websites you check and only use contact details that businesses publish.

Payments and refunds

Payments are handled securely through our checkout, and your license key is delivered to your account straight after payment. Please try the free trial before buying, because it includes every feature. If something goes wrong with an order, contact us and we will help.

No warranty

WP Finder is provided “as is”. Results depend on what each website publishes, so we cannot guarantee that every site will have contact details or that every detail is current. We are not responsible for how you use the data you collect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add new features. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using WP Finder after an update, the new terms apply.
